When you sign in to ArkDawn using Google OAuth (powered by Better Auth), we collect your name, email address, and profile image as provided by Google. We do not access your Google password or any other Google account data.
When you use the platform, we store the trade data you enter — including stock names, entry/exit positions, dates, and any notes — in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon.
Payments are processed through Creem. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers. All payment data is handled securely by Creem in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI compliance standards.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., authentication via Google, payments via Creem). If you enable a public profile, only the metrics you choose to share will be publicly visible.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account in the settings page or request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@arkdawn.com. Upon deletion, all personal data and trade records are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
ArkDawn uses essential session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, security headers (Content Security Policy, HSTS), and database-level access controls to protect your data. We use Arcjet to protect our platform from bot attacks, SQL injection, and unauthorized access. This involves temporary processing of your IP address and browser headers to verify that you are a human user and not a malicious script.
