1. Information We Collect

When you sign in to ArkDawn using Google OAuth (powered by Better Auth), we collect your name, email address, and profile image as provided by Google. We do not access your Google password or any other Google account data.

When you use the platform, we store the trade data you enter — including stock names, entry/exit prices, dates, and any notes — in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your identity and maintain your session.
• To store and display your trade journal entries.
• To calculate performance metrics (win rate, profit factor, equity curve).
• To generate your public profile if you choose to enable it.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Creem. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers. All payment data is handled securely by Creem in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI compliance standards.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., authentication via Google, payments via Creem). If you enable a public profile, only the metrics you choose to share will be publicly visible.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@arkdawn.app. Upon deletion, all personal data and trade records are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

6. Cookies & Analytics

ArkDawn uses essential session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, security headers (Content Security Policy, HSTS), and database-level access controls to protect your data.
