By accessing or using ArkDawn (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArkDawn is a web-based trade journaling platform that allows users to record, track, and analyze their trading activity. The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

• You must authenticate via Google, Discord or Magic Link to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account or use another person’s account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to access other users’ data without authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features are billed through Creem. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with Creem’s refund policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ArkDawn does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
